Frequently Asked Questions
What documents do I need? +
It depends on your plan — typically ID, residency and professional proof, with company documents for corporate plans. Open “Documents you’ll need” on each plan above for the exact list.
Can I upload documents later? +
Yes. Right after applying you are taken to your upload page, and we also email you the link so you can return and finish later. Once every document is uploaded, click “Submit for Review”.
How long does the review take? +
Our team usually reviews applications within 5–7 business days. If approved, you receive a secure payment link by email.
How do I pay? +
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking are accepted. The payment link is valid for 7 days; if it expires, contact us for a new one.
How long does membership last? +
Membership is valid for one year from the date your payment is confirmed.
What if my application is not approved? +
We email you the reason. You are welcome to apply again with the same email address, for example with clearer documents.
